FOOD SERVICE:

The Dining Room and kitchen (including water & refrigeration) rents for $75 for under 4 hours and $100 for up to 8 hours.  The renter furnishes food that is already prepared at this price.

The Dining Room can also be rented with a meal provided by the AB Graham Center.  The cost of the meal covers the cost of the room.  Price varies based on the meal and the number of attendees.  Please contact us for a quote.

The Gym rents for $18 per hour.  It is a great place for intramural sports, league practices, indoor auctions, garage sales and other events requiring a large open indoor area.

The gym is also available with any other room rental for an additional flat fee of $15.

Note:  For a full day rental requiring more than one-day access (i.e. decorating, set-up, teardown, etc) please contact us for a quote.

The Fitness Zone Hours of Operation are:

Mon     7 am to 8 pm

Tue      2 pm to 7 pm

Wed     7 am to 8 pm

Thu      2 pm to 7 pm

Fri        7 am to 6 pm

Sat       9 am to Noon

Sun      Closed

In case of inclement weather, the Zone operates on the following guidelines:

If Miami East and Graham Schools are both closed, the Fitness Zone will be closed until 1, or the normal opening time, whichever is later.  In cases like this, you should always call first just to be sure we are open.
